Individual SPA consultations

Individual SPA trainings and consultations are intended for SPA and wellness companies, beauty salons.

Long-term work experience of lecturers, acquired theoretical knowledge in business - created a successful and long-lasting Provence scents SPA business. 4 SPA centers have been opened in Vilnius, Klaipeda and Palanga.

In meetings with spa managers and beauty salon owners, we will discuss the state of the company, what the business concept is, what we want to change (or need to change). Deepening into the principles of work and the functions of employees. SPA analysis is performed, weaknesses and strengths are evaluated. The future strategy of the SPA is being developed: direction of activity, motivation and improvement of SPA employees, improvement of procedures, other aspects of activity are important for efficient business.

These trainings are especially intended for those persons who do not have the opportunity to attend the seminars, if they are looking for new activities or are stuck in one or another job function. Detailed SPA assessment and projection capabilities will provide the knowledge, skills and competencies to work in a team while achieving personal goals.
