Erika Daugėlaitė
Erika is the founder of the spa, beauty and wellness company - Scents of Provence.
Erika has been working in the field of beauty and wellness for 13 years. The main activities are: strategic planning, brand positioning and strengthening. The last seven years have been dedicated to the improvement of the concept of the organic SPA Provence Scents and the strengthening of the brand Florame in Lithuania.
Erika holds two bachelor's degrees in economics (Vilnius University, Business Administration and Management, Lithuania and King's Own Institute, Australia), and a master's degree (Vilnius University, Service Management, Lithuania). Practical and theoretical knowledge related to health services and spa business gained through various trainings and seminars: Florame Aromatherapy Seminars - Pronunciation, Massage Courses - Bali, Indonesia, Payot Company Sales Courses - Sydney, Australia, Healthy Lifestyle Courses Australia (Level 1), Healthy Living and Healthy Eating Certificate - Great Britain. Erika speaks English, Russian, German and French.
Practical experience gained while working and living in various countries: Indonesia - Bali, Australia - Sydney, UAE - Dubai. Until 2009 Erika worked in end-user-oriented companies: marketing for the Royal Athletic Sport Club, distribution rights for Body Attack. Currently, Erika has gained strong and professional knowledge from the theoretical and practical side in the categories of wellness, health and SPA.
Over the last 7 years, Erika has created, opened and successfully developed 4 SPA Provence Scents centers located in 5 * and 4 * hotels in Lithuania. A conceptual spa for a full body and mind, organic, natural and modern. More about it: www.provansokvapai.lt
Erika often writes articles in the press and online about aromatherapy, healthy living. Conducts seminars on aromatherapy and facial and body skin care. Over the past seven years, Erika has gained experience in spa planning, staff development and increasing customer loyalty, and strengthening the SPA Provence Scents brand. Continuous improvement, persistent and meticulous work has created a successful business that is highly ranked not only in the Lithuanian market, but also in foreign countries.
